XH-432-25-5多层共挤流延机是锡华机械面向实验室研发与小批量薄膜制样推出的小型多层共挤流延设备。设备由五台独立控温挤出机、多层共挤模头、流延铸片辊与收卷机构组成，各层厚度可独立调节，能够在实验室条件下模拟生产线上的五层共挤结构，快速完成配方筛选、工艺验证与薄膜样品制备。
Introduction: The XH-432-25-5 five-layer co-extrusion cast film line is designed for laboratory R&D and small-batch film sample preparation. It consists of five independently controlled extruders, a multi-layer co-extrusion die, a chill roll and a winder, allowing each layer thickness to be adjusted independently and reproducing production-scale five-layer structures in the lab.
工作原理
物料经各台挤出机塑化熔融后，通过多层共挤模头汇合为五层复合熔体，经流延铸片辊冷却成型，再由牵引与收卷机构收卷成膜。通过调节各层挤出量、模头温度与冷却辊温度，可获得不同层厚配比与力学性能的薄膜样品。
Working principle: Materials are melted and plasticized by individual extruders, joined into a five-layer melt in the co-extrusion die, cooled and cast on the chill roll, then wound. By adjusting layer outputs, die temperature and chill-roll temperature, films with different layer ratios and properties are obtained.
