简介：本机适用于塑料、橡胶、合成胶、热熔胶及各种低粘度物料等各式化学原料的搅拌、捏合、分散。

Introduction: This machine is suitable for mixing, kneading and dispersing of various chemical raw materials such as plastic, rubber, synthetic rubber, hot melt adhesive and low viscosity materials.

工作原理：由两支表面带螺旋棱角的搅叶轴，封闭在“W”形容室内，在一定压力与温度条件下，两轴做相对差速运转，使胶料搅拌分散。

Working principle: Two agitator shafts with spiral edges on the surface are enclosed in the 'W' chamber. Under certain pressure and temperature conditions, the two shafts are operated at a relatively different speed to stir and disperse the materials.

75L密炼机通过一对相对回转的转子，在密闭且可调温压的密炼室内对聚合物材料进行塑炼和混炼。其核心工作过程如下：

1. 物料混合：生胶或配合剂从加料斗加入后，落入两个相对回转的转子上部，在上顶栓的压力及摩擦力作用下被带入转子间隙。

2. 剪切与捏炼：物料在转子间隙、转子与密炼室壁间隙中受到强烈的剪切、摩擦和捏炼作用，配合剂被均匀分散，胶料温度升高，粘度降低。

3. 循环混炼：物料在转子不同速度的影响下反复循环，直至达到所需的物理和化学性能。
